Comcare’s Social Housing provides long term homes to individuals that would benefit from a specialist housing provider. These homes are based within the Christchurch area and are available to people over 18 years old with a mental health diagnosis and/or addiction issues who have a high housing need (as shown through the Ministry of Social Development Social Housing Register).
When there is a vacancy, application is open to Comcare clients, Specialist Mental Health Services, Mental Health residential providers, Addiction treatment providers and the Ministry of Social Development.
